What is it: Using the highest grade essential oils from organic & wild-crafted plants to help heal body & mind. Essential oils as well as their obvious medicinal benefits also have a resonant frequency much like crystals so can be used for subtle energetic work as well as medicinally. They have amazing effects on the nervous system & emotional body as when inhaled the micro-nutrients travel directly to the brain & into lymbic system where they work their magic.
A session may involve using different blends of oils to work on issues in the physical body. In simplest terms, the definition of Herbal Essence therapy is a way of working with plants that doesn’t involve ingesting or using the actual plant.
How it works: I will offer my clients an hour long session with focus on raising their vibration for overall physical/mental/emotional healing as well as targeting specific issues. The session will involve inhaling certain oils which have certain benefits for specific health problems. I will use a nebulizer which is a machine that converts a cold liquid into a vapour for my clients to breathe.
- Colds, Coughs, and Respiratory Distress: Marjoram, eucalyptus, tea tree, thyme, lavender, clove, and peppermint oils all help with the myriad symptoms of upper respiratory illness. They help clear sinuses, reduce fevers, aid in sleep, and generally make individuals feel better.
- Boosting Energy: Lemon, grapefruit, orange and other citrus, cedar, bergamot, jasmine, ginger, and pine oils are all great for energy and mood boosting. They help reduce stress and fatigue, relax the body and mind, and help focus for a long day ahead. Blends of citrus and spice can do wonders in the middle of the day.
- Stress Relief: Lavender, coriander, peppermint, rosemary, sage, chamomile, rose, and frankincense are all excellent oils for reducing stress in life. They go great for relaxing. They can also help a lot if one is restless or tired and want to go to sleep.
